You are not alone
Crisis support
TAMly is not a crisis service. Here you will find verified lines and places that help straight away – free, often 24/7 and anonymous.
When to call 112 or 155
If you are afraid that you or someone close to you might hurt themselves right now, if a life is at risk, or if you are not safe, call 112 or 155. You do not need to be sure – the operator will help you decide what to do next. If there is no immediate danger but you need someone to talk to, you can call one of the lines below.

Charita integration line in Vietnamese and Czech
+420 605 999 969Mon and Wed 9 am–12 pm and 1–3 pm, Tue and Thu 9–11 am
Staff speak Vietnamese and Czech. They will listen and advise on residence in Czechia, work, social services, health insurance, education and difficult life situations. They help fill in forms, interpret by phone when you deal with authorities, translate residence documents, offer psychosocial support and pass on contacts for other services. Staff are trained in crisis intervention. The line is open to everyone, free and anonymous – you pay only your operator’s call rate. It is not a 24/7 crisis line; if a life is at risk, call 112 or 155.
Checked on Charita’s website. An older leaflet lists different hours, so please check the website for current times.
